Micro-Credential Courses
The four asynchronous modules offered by SDGiC form an innovative online micro-credential program designed to empower Malaysian teachers to effectively integrate the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their teaching practices.
These modules foster holistic learning across disciplines and equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to build impactful, SDG-centered lessons that inspire students to become active contributors to a more sustainable future.

- Encourage holistic learning by integrating various disciplines around SDGs
- Provide a platform for Malaysian teachers to continually improve their skills in integrating SDGs into various content areas
- Provide teaching templates and examples that teachers can use to build effective SDG-centered lessons
- Recognize teachers who have successfully integrated SDGs into the curriculum

International Recognition
The certificates earned through the SDGiC micro-credential program are endorsed by the Ministry of Education Malaysia, the APU UNESCO Chair as well as international bodies such as the American Geosciences Institute (AGI), and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), adding value to the participants’ professional development.
